Thank you for submitting to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) your amendment to the New York section 1115 demonstration titled “New York Medicaid Redesign Team” (Project Number 11-W-00114/2) to provide continuous eligibility for children ages 0 to 6, received on June 10, 2024. We have completed a preliminary review of your request in accordance with the Special Terms and Conditions (STCs) and have determined that the state’s application meets the requirements for a complete amendment as specified under STC 3.7.

New York’s amendment application will be posted on Medicaid.gov for a 30-day federal comment period in accordance with 42 CFR 431.416(b). The state’s application will be available at: https://www.medicaid.gov/medicaid/section-1115-demo/demonstration-and-waiver- list/waivers_faceted.html.
